The most important information

PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and I-PRF (Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin) are autologous blood-derived materials obtained from the patient's own blood. These are platelet concentrates containing a number of factors accelerating angiogenesis, i.e. the formation of new blood vessels and the construction of new cells.

Platelets release the platelet growth factors they contain, which are responsible for stimulating the processes of regeneration, healing and reconstruction of damaged tissues. They activate mesenchymal stem cells, osteoblasts, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and epidermal cells, and also stimulate collagen synthesis.

PRP and I-PRF use enormous own resources of the patient's organism, which makes them exceptionally safe . As an autologous product, they basically have no side effects.

Therefore, the risk of intolerance, allergic reactions, immunological reactions and viral transmissions is excluded.

Treatments with the use of plasma and platelet-rich fibrin are one of the few methods whose operation and effectiveness are supported by many scientific studies and their operation is widely documented.

Types of treatments with the use of platelets

Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)

Platelet-rich plasma introduced under the skin quickly releases high concentrations of growth factors that initiate and support the regeneration and reconstruction of tissues as a natural activity of the body.

  • skin slightly taut, with fine wrinkles and signs of fatigue, uneven color
  • skin in need of revitalization, devoid of radiance
  • strong regeneration of several body areas at the same time, e.g. face, neck, cleavage and hands
  • androgenic alopecia

Platelet rich fibrin I-PRF

Platelet-rich fibrin is a new-generation platelet concentrate in the form of a three-dimensional structure. Due to this structure, platelets are stimulated for longer to release growth factors and cytokines and cause the migration of mesinchymal stem cells to the injection site.

  • significant signs of skin aging: folds, furrows, crow's feet, deep wrinkles
  • sunken skin with tissue defects
  • filling and regeneration of acne scars
